Who I Am
Hi, I'm Dale and for the past 5 years, I have been on a wellness journey focused on eating healthier and living an active lifestyle. I reside on a small hobby farm where I run a home-based business, maintain a large garden, enjoy a year-round greenhouse, and care for a few livestock. After years of dealing with low energy and fatigue, a friend introduced me to a solution that transformed my life, and now I feel better than I have in over 15 years.
To share my experience, I created Health365.ca to help people explore natural wellness support and understand how high-quality nutrition can contribute to a balanced lifestyle.
